He has been involved with students for 15 years as a professor, coach, chaplain, teacher, and motivational speaker. Wayne is married to his wife Emma and they have three children- Jake, Josie and Maggie. His no fear attitude and his love for life “rubs” off on everyone he meets
Johnny Ward - Director of Training

Johnny Ward is a U.S. Army Veteran. He served in the 101st Airborne from 2000-2004. He served in Afghanistan and Iraq as a medic with the 187th Infantry. He went to the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando in 2005 and has been training full-time since. Johnny is married and has 2 boys.
Tracy Wilkins-Personal Trainer

Tracy Wilkins graduated from Mid America Christian University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. Played College Basketball at the Naia Division 1 level for all years of College. In 2003 in High School he won a State Championship in Basketball in Oklahoma. He also won a National Title at Mid America in 2007. Tracy got married in August of 2008.

Ashley (AP) Parrott - Operations and Marketing / Personal Trainer
Ashley graduated from The University of North Carolina Greensboro in May 2009. She moved to Nashville right after graduation and starting working at The First Tee of Nashville teaching and delivering Life Skills and Golf Skills to Nashville's youth. She started working for Next Level in September 2010. Ashley does Operations & Marketing as well as personal training and teaches golf lessons.
